Join the annual Markham Cycling Day this year at Downtown Markham (10 Aviva Way, Downtown Markham) on Sunday, June 11th, from 8AM to 1PM.
The event features Tour de Markham group rides in 12KM (family-friendly), 30KM and 60KM to explore different parts of Markham. Also, the popular Children’s Races allows kids aged 3-10 to engage in friendly races at the event site.

*Each participant must bring their own bicycle in good working order with a functioning bell or horn. Bike rental is not available. Participants under 18 years old must wear a properly fitted bicycle helmet.
Don’t own a bicycle? Come by our drop-in session at Markham Cycles bike hubs prior to the event and borrow a bike as part of our Bicycle Lending Library program. Bicycles are at a first-come first-serve basis and are not holdable. Click here for more info.
Markham Cycles will be pop-up up a community bike booth on the event start offering quick tune-ups and safety checks before the ride. Participants needing more attention to their bikes are encourage to come to our bicycle hubs prior to the event or visit a local bike shop.
